Villa Berg is spacious, covering an area of 531 square meters! Imagine how much fun you can have in all that space. The villa sits on a big piece of land, 1550 square meters in size. And guess what? There's a big pool that's 43 square meters! You can swim, play, and splash around in it. You'll also find 10 comfy sun loungers by the pool, perfect for relaxing under the sun. A tall fence surrounds the garden, giving you privacy to enjoy the outdoors. Plus, there's a special area for parking your cars, enough for 6 cars.
Inside the villa, you'll find four different levels. In the basement, there's a cool game room with fun things to do like ping pong, foosball, billiards, and darts. On the first floor, there's a living room, a dining area, the equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there's another living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even a kitchenette. The attic hosts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a dining area with a smaller kitchen. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and TVs so you can watch your favorite shows. The towel change is once a week.
